Mild Hyperbaric Chamber Installation: Site Planning Checklist
A workable mild hyperbaric chamber installation starts with the full equipment configuration and the conditions at the site. Prepare the delivery route, room layout, power information and acceptance documents before placing the final order.

1. Survey the complete delivery route
Record the route from the unloading point to the final installation position. Entrances, clear door openings, corridors, corners, lifts and steps can all constrain delivery. Provide the smallest clear width and height, turning space, lift-car dimensions and any restrictions on handling equipment.
Check the dimensions of the shipment or the configuration actually being moved, not only the cabin dimensions shown on a product page. Whether a particular system ships assembled, in sections or for assembly on site must be confirmed in the supply plan. Do not assume that every cabin can be dismantled to pass through a narrow doorway.
2. Draw the complete system footprint
Show the cabin, oxygen and pressurization unit, cooling equipment, door opening, hose routing and electrical connections on a room plan. Include the space required for operation and maintenance. Distinguish interior dimensions from exterior dimensions, and identify whether wheels or projecting parts are included.

3. Confirm power, floor loading and environment
Provide the available voltage, frequency and electrical capacity. Check the requirements for the cabin, main unit and cooling equipment against the final equipment list. Have suitable installation personnel confirm the connections, earthing and protection arrangements for that system. Do not infer a plug type or electrical supply simply from a product description.
Equipment mass is only one input to floor assessment. Support points, the installation arrangement and the building conditions also matter. Give the confirmed weight and layout drawing to the person responsible for the site; this guide does not provide a universal loading threshold or construction dimension.
Review ventilation, heat rejection, temperature, humidity and noise in the documents for each supplied unit. A main-unit noise figure does not describe the sound level inside the cabin. Similarly, the power of one component should not be used as the power requirement for the complete installation.
4. Agree the connection and acceptance documents
- Record the exact chamber and main-unit models, gas connections, control interfaces and cooling connections.
- Request the packing list, instructions, final installation drawing, training arrangements and agreed acceptance checks.
- Arrange installation and inspection in accordance with the supplied instructions, with records for the applicable connections, controls, relief and communication functions.
- Confirm maintenance consumables, warranty scope and support contacts. Obtain service intervals and commitments from the order documents rather than assuming universal terms.
5. Resolve uncertain specifications before site work
Can an earlier SA-MHC4L drawing be used for construction?
The SA-MHC4L white cabin form is confirmed, but the final dimensional drawing still needs confirmation. Procurement discussions can proceed while those details are resolved. Use the final drawing for delivery planning, doorway alterations and other site work.
Can a general installation guide replace the supplied instructions?
No. Use the instructions, matched configuration and training for the actual equipment supplied. A planning article does not replace model-specific installation checks, operating instructions or appropriate professional guidance.
Prepare a useful site-information package
Send the destination and floor, room plan, access-route photographs, door and lift dimensions, power information, proposed model and quantity, and requested delivery window. Identify which items are already confirmed and which need clarification. This gives the supplier a clearer basis for reviewing the project.
