Planning a Digital Wellness Service with Robots: Equipment, People and Store Operations

A digital wellness service connects booking, information capture, project selection, staff and equipment allocation, supervised robot operation, service records and follow-up. A useful project brief explains what guests will receive, who is responsible at each step and which equipment and software functions are included.

Start with the service menu

Before selecting hardware, describe the intended services, session structure, staff roles, room conditions, consumables and cleaning routine. A wellness center and a beauty or moxibustion studio may need different modules and operating arrangements. Choose the configuration around those needs rather than assuming one robot delivers every service.

The 3A health range includes JUR-X modular massage, JUR-C collaborative service, JMI pneumatic impact, JME warming contact and the JMR, JFR6 and JHR4 moxibustion families. JIT is a separate tongue-image capture device supporting records and historical comparison.

Connect six practical steps

  1. Booking: define the service, available time and arrival arrangements. Include preparation and cleaning time in the room schedule.
  2. Capture and records: collect only the information needed for the service. If JIT is used, associate the captured image with its date for later comparison.
  3. Service confirmation: staff check the equipment's permitted use and operating requirements. Software suggestions and tongue-image reports are wellness references, not a professional diagnosis.
  4. Allocation: assign the room, device, compatible head, consumables and trained operator together.
  5. Supervised operation: confirm settings and equipment condition before starting; monitor guest feedback and follow the manual's abnormal-stop procedure.
  6. Follow-up: record the date, device, operator, selected settings and feedback so the next visit and maintenance actions can be organized.

Compare complete model configurations

JUR-X supports interchangeable modules and compact deployment. JUR-C combines automated moxibustion functions with handheld options. JMI uses a pneumatic impact module; JME provides adjustable warming contact. Their operating requirements and service scope must be reviewed individually.

For moxibustion, suffixes matter. Automatic ignition and point recognition are listed for JMR. JFR6-PRO, JFR6-H and JFR6-M differ in smoke management, distance, preheating, weight and power. The JHR4 technical listing refers specifically to JHR4-PRO. A function available on one model should not be described as standard across the family.

Plan the whole room

The cabinet footprint is only one part of the layout. Review the robotic arm's operating area, service bed, operator position, guest access and cleaning and maintenance access. Supply the selected model and a room plan together when asking for a configuration proposal.

Confirm the destination power version, grounding requirements, indoor operating conditions, network needs, compatible consumables and the smoke-management and cleaning arrangements for moxibustion. Network capability alone does not establish that booking, cloud services or store-management software are included.

Make the software scope testable

Depending on the supplied version, the companion store system can support booking, orders, staff and equipment, projects, members, inventory, vouchers and multiple locations. Ask to walk through a complete example: can a booking be assigned to a device and trained operator, can the completed session be linked to its record, and can consumable use and maintenance be followed?

Define accounts and access, customer notices and permissions, records, export options, software activation, upgrades and support in the handover agreement. Use appropriately prepared demonstration data for public training and avoid exposing guest images or personal wellness records.

Pilot the complete workflow before expanding

Begin with a room, a defined service menu and trained staff. Rehearse booking, preparation, operation, cleaning, record completion and follow-up. Measure preparation and cleaning time, scheduling conflicts, equipment faults, consumable use and guest feedback. Use the results to decide whether to extend the service to other rooms or locations; do not base the business case on unmeasured revenue or staffing promises.

Frequently asked questions

Can the robot operate as an unattended service?

The workflow described here depends on staff supervision. Trained personnel select settings, observe the service, communicate with guests and respond to abnormal conditions.

Does buying a robot include the booking and store system?

Do not assume this. List the hardware, heads, software, cloud functions, accounts, training and upgrades separately in the configuration and service agreement.

Is a tongue-image report a diagnosis?

JIT reports support wellness-management reference and historical comparison. They do not replace professional diagnosis.

What should a project inquiry include?

Send the intended service menu, room plan, destination market, power conditions, staffing arrangement, required modules, booking pattern and software-management needs.

Discuss a configuration with 3A health

Compare the equipment pages and selected modules before building the project brief. JUR-X is identified in its manual as non-medical massage equipment and is not intended to diagnose or treat disease. Confirm the classification and permitted use of other models against their own valid documents and the destination market.
